Uttarakhand teacher eligibility test is an entrance examination for candidates aspiring to become teachers. It is an associate-level entrance examination conducted by the Uttarakhand Board of School Education. UTET Application Form
As discussed above, the Uttarakhand teacher eligibility test has two levels of written examination. Paper 1 is for primary level school teacher’s grades 1 to 4. Paper 2 for primary school teachers grade 5 to 8. Therefore, candidates who want to apply for the teacher post for grades 1 to 7 should seek their enrollment for Paper 1 and Paper 2. According to the notification, the exam is scheduled to be held on 26th November 2021. Candidates can apply for enrollment from 1st September 2021 to 30th September 2021. Selection Process
Candidates need to appear for a written examination for UTET. Following the submission of the UTET application form, candidates appear in the examination for selection. Only candidates selected in the exam will be provided an eligibility certificate that has validity for a lifetime. Steps of Applying Uttarakhand TET 2021
- Candidates have to complete the one-time enrollment process on the official website.
- Candidates need to fill in all the necessary details for generating and user login ID and password.
- On the homepage, click on the “apply” button.
- Fill in the personal, professional, and academic details in the application form. Then, upload scanned copies of all documents.
- Select exam center, language, candidate category, and subject.
- Upload scanned copies of signature and photograph as per the mentioned specification.
- After filling the form, pay the application fees.
- Candidates can pay the fees using a debit card, credit card, internet banking, or online wallet.
- Finally, the candidate will be able to submit their application form.
- Every candidate should have a hard copy of the application form.
Eligibility Criteria
Primary Level
Candidates must have passed 10 + 2 with at least 50% marks. Additionally, they must have a 2-year diploma in BTC, BL ED, B.Ed, BSc. Ed.
Junior Level
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. Further, they must have passed (maybe appearing final year) 2-year diploma in B.TC, D.EL.ED, B. Ed
The minimum percentage of marks that a candidate secures in their graduation will not be considered valid if they have taken admission in the course before 29th July 2011 in bachelor of elementary education or bachelor of education or other similar courses.
Examination Fee
The examination fee of UTET 1 and UTET 2 for the year 2021 is 600 INR for both general and OBC. Candidates appearing for both the exams will have to pay ₹1000. For categories like SC, ST, and differently-abled person, the fees are ₹300 and ₹500, respectively
Job Vacancy
The job vacancies issued by the Uttarakhand board of secondary education require interested candidates to fill the form before 30th September 2021. The location of the job will be Uttarakhand and Dehradun. As per the eligibility criteria, the candidate must be a diploma holder with a post-graduate diploma along with graduation and other necessary qualifications. The functional roles of the jobs include administrator in education and other relevant areas. After filling up the particular sections of the form, no corrections are permitted.
